“Building an Inclusive Europe: Combating Socioeconomic Discrimination”, a webinar organized by ATD Fourth World with the support of the European Parliamentary Intergroup on Fighting against Poverty. There will be interpretation into French and English.
This online event takes place Wednesday, June 28th, from 10:30 to 12:00 Central European Time (CET)
The main following topics will be addressed:
- The effects of socioeconomic discrimination and the arguments for its ban, as seen by people who experience it.
- The legal and political arguments for the adoption of a comprehensive legal framework banning socioeconomic discrimination and the necessity to combine it with adequate public policies and investments.
- The challenges to the effective implementation of a ban on socioeconomic discrimination and the potential lessons that can be learn in order to tackle them.
